The service team was exceptional! The guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Shawn took extra time explaining things to me on the inside of our home, and made sure I had all my questions answered. Chris ensured my outdoor unit was clean and in top-running condition. The communication even when making the appointment for service was excellent, too. I will use 5 County for all of my HVAC needs.

Had a great experience with them. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I had called on a Friday, when it was almost 99 degrees. They told me that they didn't have anything open until Monday but would try to work me in. Called back 30 minutes later to say they were on the way. Came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. I needed a recharge. They recharged my unit and got it running again. Price was much better than any other quote I got. They even gave me a rough quote on replacing the 20 yr old unit and that was much better than other places as well. Definitely recommend and will use again. Hands down the best experience! The service manager, Chris, knew exactly what was wrong with my HVAC unit just by my description over the phone. The tech who came out to fix it, Sean, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They even got the part and had my unit back up and running same day! It is clear that everyone there really cares about their customers. I could not recommend a better company!

I called them at 7am. They were there the same day by 10:30. They fixed my AC the same day with reasonable prices. We will use them again. Thanks guys.

Great experience! Called in around 11:30 on a Saturday with no cold AC, office staff had the owner, Chris call me within a few minutes of me calling them and let me know technician Shawn would be out between 12:30-1:30. He arrived right at 12:30 and had us up and running in no time!! 😎 Was super impressed that we were able to get service quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend!!
