Carlo did an excellent job on all the repairs that I needed. As sometimes happens, one of the repairs wasn't as straightforward as expected but Carlo made it work. It was changing old incandescent lights and fixtures to new modern ones and they look great! All the repairs took longer than anticipated but Carlo stayed until the job was done and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Initial Success again or refer him to anyone who needs an electrician.

Carlo will be my “go-to” electrician from here on out!! I was in need of a recessed lighting project for the main area of my home. Carlo of Initial Success Electric ran wiring and installed a new ceiling fixture, replaced two ceiling fixtures, and repaired a broken switch for us. We are extremely pleased with his work. He ran into some unexpected wiring challenges and stuck with it until the job was done even though it took him extra time.
