This company did a project on Lorimer Road in Raleigh adjoining our Church property. Part of our property was used as a staging area for supplies and debris. We were compensated for this use. When completed most if not all of the debris was spread out, partially buried and covered with straw, seeded and left as “good”. This was during the height of the pandemic so no one was around to notice or complain at the time. When the seed didn’t come up we decided to reseed ourselves. Much to our surprise, when we went to prep and seed the area we uncovered numerous pieces of riprap, large chunks of asphalt and concrete, wire and fabric.
