5 Point Floors-Point Carpet

I would recommend them , communication was very good. The installer was 15 minutes early and was in and out in an hour and 15 min. He did a great job. Looks really nice.

I was there March of 2023 and never went back. They're helpful but they do smoke inside the building, even though it is illegal, so if you have cigarette smoke sensitivity, just know the carpet may come with some smell or cigarettes. Cigarettes bother my breathing a lot and it was hard to be in there looking around and being shown different options with the smoke.

Come out did estimate brought no level to determine how level the sub floor was. Measured the square footage and then informed me that he has been in this line of work for 23 years and never laid an laminate floor. I believe that's entry level skill. I never heard back from there office and I hired another company who most definitely exceeded my expectations.

Pleased from start to finish Carla was helpful in picking my carpet Jason was prompt in getting measurements Steve and installation crew did excellent job they were all helpful and courteous I would definitely recommend them

Guess was ok..every time we go they're closed for something..waited outside for 45 minutes .granted was lunchtime. .but someone should be there
