6 months plus waiting for payment for services rendered. Nick will not call me! Apparently he hides behind his staff! Sick and tired of dealing with people like this so I am making it known and will be filing service/Leines on the properties we did work for. Sad day for me considering I have provided an accurate and professional service for your company Nick! $600 over 6 months plus is bullshit in my book! You can't hide forever! This is about principal for me now!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from 5 Star Air Quality and Plumbing regarding my water heater replacement. Over the past 20 days, they scheduled multiple appointments to replace the unit, yet every time they canceled at the last minute. I received calls just five minutes before each appointment with excuses ranging from the technician being delayed on another job, feeling unwell, or having car trouble. This consistent pattern of delays shows a complete disregard for my time and loyalty as a customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not consider this company reliable or recommendable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability from a company with ‘5 Star’ in its name.

Nick is very experienced and professional. He installed my a.c unit and did an amazing job and was really quick and knowledgeable. 5 Star Air Quality is a company that I can trust to do exceptional work! I will definitely keep using them for their services.

Nick came today after being contracted through my home warranty company. I was quite impressed how quick they set up my appointment being that I had just reached out today. The manner in which he was able to quickly and professionally fix my water heater was impressive. I will definitely be requesting this company the next time.

American Home Shield sent me the information for Five Star. I immediately looked them up and was happy with all the positive reviews. I can say, everyone that has experienced Nick as their tech was right! He came right over on time, respecting social distance, mask, and gloves! He introduced himself and went to work. I thought it would take hours, but no; Nick not only knows what he’s doing, he knows how to get it done in a timely manner. I had a leaky bathroom pipe, the inside of two toilet bowls tanks’ needed new parts, new handle one one toilet, not sure how, but the base of one toilet used to move, Nick fixed that too! I have a leak under my kitchen sink, he ordered the part. Nick was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Five Star made an excellent move when they hired Nick. I would use
