5 Star Guttering

CHEAP MATERIALS, POOR WORKMANSHIP, & OVERLY PRICED At first glance the gutters looked great, but after a couple months one large section (almost the entire length of the house) of gutters had completely bent. Now, on just about every corner where the gutters meet the gutters are leaking and causing ICE to form on the cement. Our BIGGEST CONCERN is the main walkway to the (often used) front door entrance. When I recently reached out to #FiveStarGuttering to inform them of the ICE BUILDUP on our walkway they were embarrassed and told me they could come out that week. They NEVER showed up. A few years ago, we had 5Star Guttering install new gutters on our home and they did a wonderful job. Fast-forward to a few weeks ago, one of our gutters started to bow in the middle so I reached out to Oscar to let him know that we needed a repair done on one gutter. He came out and assessed the situation. Decided that all that was needed were longer screws. He came back, put in longer screws, everything was perfect again and he did not charge us. Excellent customer service we highly recommend him.
