5 Star Mowing LLC

We recently hired 5 Star Mowing to do our Spring cleanup and mulching. They asked for full payment up front, which I was reluctant to give. But after reading positive reviews I relented. A couple of weeks later the crew came out for the cleanup. Upon returning from work I returnedI noticed several large weeds left in the beds. My husband reached back out to the owner and asked that the crew return to finish the work. He was told that it would be finished at the end of the following week. I think it’s poor customer service that he expected us to wait 10 more days when the work was done incorrectly the first time. However, since it was already paid for there wasn’t much we could do. I can not say enough about the wonderful work Eric did for my father’s property. 5 Star was highly recommended by a friend. Being that I live in Florida I knew I needed someone I could trust. Eric went to the property and sent pictures so that we could discuss our needs. When finished he sent pictures again. He went above and beyond! Thank you Eric for your concern, professionalism and beautiful work! I have included a few before and after pictures.

DO YOU WANT TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A HALF MOW? NO?? I am very disappointed in the interaction that occurred with whoever answered the phone today, and we will no longer be using their services. Carmel has had aggressive rains the past few weeks on and off. So, when they only "completed" half of my yard before the rain began again, I incorrectly assumed they would return to finish when weather improved. I called several days later, to clarify when they would be coming back, and the man on the other end was very rude and uncompromising. I explained several times I understood why they stopped mowing, as I did not want MORE muddy tracks then they had already created in my yard. I’ve never hired a company for leaf removal until 5 Star, and must say, I was a bit skeptical at first. But 5 Star Mowing was worth every penny! Eric put in the work, paid attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I hired them for leaf removal and am now getting quotes from them for additional services. 5 Star will be my go-to as long as the service and pricing remains solid moving forward. Highly recommend!

5-Star Mowing is an outstanding landscaping company - they do it all. Just removed our fall leaves. The guys were so thorough. So grateful for their help.
