Leaving two stars because the A/C was eventually fixed. However, it took almost 2 months. The first compressor they ordered from the supplier took a couple weeks to deliver. It turned out to be defective. The second one took another 2 weeks. That one also turned out to be defective. The third one took another 2 weeks. But that one worked. So the two stars isn't for the fact that the compressors were defective, it is really that they order them one at a time and don't keep any in stock. So when a defective one comes in the customer is without A/C for another few weeks. I would have been more understanding if they were willing to give a small discount for the inconvience. However, they refused to give even a small discount when I asked. I would not recommend them. Find a company

My neighbor made a statement that they charged her $500 for a WiFi thermostat which was the wrong one for her unit. They must come back and install the proper one hopefully this time!!
