I am a second generation roofer and have worked with many different roofers over the years, some good and some that shouldn't even be roofing. Luis is a dedicated Craftsman who does some of the highest quality and best looking work that I have ever seen. His commitment to quality and waterproofing are second to none. He excels at problem solving in areas of extreme difficulty where others take shortcuts and fail. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, he is that good!

Needed to have the vent pipe flashing around my furnace exhaust replaced - noticed a leak during the most recent storms. I was calling around for estimates and looked at the wrong listing on the web and dialed 50North by mistake. I am glad I did! Luis answered. I said "I thought I was calling XXXX". Luis responded: "Thye are a good company, but we would like to give you an estimate, too." I thought sure, why not. William Chestnut showed up the next day, did a roof inspection using a drone and Luis provided a very reasonable estimate. I asked to have all 4 of my pipe flashings replaced following the tried and true addage: Once one goes, they all go! The 50North folks provided the needed shingles and pipe flashing for all 4 vents, replaced some PVC from the furnace vent and sealed several lo

My new construction roof at Wrightsville Beach had leaks for 3 weeks before Luis visited. He answered the phone and showed up the very next morning. The builder’s roofer was not able to identify the leaks and eventually stopped answering. Luis found the cause of the leaks and gave excellent advice. He spent the time and actually cared about us and our home. Trust this roofing company over the rest!!

These guys are great and very knowledgeable. They did a great job on our house and we are very pleased with the professional and response from the whole 50 North team. The owner stays involved throughout the whole process and even after the work is completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof put on.
