My elderly parents had their roof replaced and just as the old shingles were taken off, an unexpected storm drenched the roof. After the new roof was finished, there was apparent ceiling damage in several places throughout their house. The owner of the business came personally to assess the damage and then came back with his workers to do the repairs. They did an excellent job and even vaccuumed the entire house to clear up any work dust. He even did a few minor ceiling repairs (nail heads, tape) that had nothing to do with the roof repair.
