Sears Appliance Repair

The service man was fine on both visits he made. However, the constant text messages were a bother and we had to wait all day for both visits, from 8:00 until about 4:30. Couldn't his visits be scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00 or 1:00 to 5:00? Also the bill for parts and service was very high.

Lonnie was professional and friendly. He took time to explain his repair process and helpful hints for keeping refrigerator functioning well. He also requested that we listen to sounds from refrigerator to make sure the fan and heating cord are working well. Thanks

Still need another visit, Middle drawer on refrigerator not working, Was Advised by Tod repair person that wire to drawer was damaged with the repair today and he’s coming back with parts to replace it, then I could give a better idea of the service, but what I think of it

The technician was kind and respectful to me and my home. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my dryer repaired.

Excellent professional tech service but extremely poor scheduling with unexplained cancelling and rescheduling that happened at least six times over a period of two + months. At one point we even got a message telling us our appointment was scheduled for a date two weeks prior to the message’s date. Atrocious mismanagement.
