DO NOT PARK HERE ON WEEKENDS. Despite the sign outside that clearly says “Public Parking,” you will not be able to get back to your car unless you have business building access. We made the mistake of parking here on a Saturday without seeing the incredibly small disclaimer on the ticketing booth and were told by the customer service agent that we would have to pick up our car on Monday because there was “nothing they could do.” Absolute scam of a garage.
The Garage is listed as "Public Parking", however you cannot get back in after parking unless you have access to the building. My car was stuck here over a weekend (Friday). I called the parking company and they said they wouldn't be able to send someone to the garage until Monday.
Rich is extremely unreliable and unorganized. Do not park here.
