Unless it's a bad day, this parking lot will always have open space. It also has 2 entrances, and one is on a 1-way street. You'll need to pay in order to park here via QR code, which is posted on-site.
Got stuck here for an hour and a half after a Vikings game where I drank 10 beers. Nowhere to pee, #badtime.
Very sketchy. Parked here for snowta at the armory which lasts until 2am, defaulted me to a snowta special ticket that expired 11:59. Use one of the many nearby ramps.
