505 9th Street Garage (Atlantic Parking)

I park here Feb 21 the steel plate somehow came out of it spot while cars were driving over it and pulled my driver side bumper off. The company said they wont share the video with me or my insurance company without a subpoena. Crazy. I literally reported it right on the spot.

It charges by the event. We aren't going to the basketball game but it charged us more. Was told Sunday was a cheaper rate but had to pay $24

Getting into the garage and finding it. I have a 2014 ram pickup truck and was able to park in there no problem, minus the tight turn through the gate. Easy to get out of too. Worst part was getting back in, I had already paid for the spot online through spot hero, prior to arrival so didn't think I would need my ticket, well you do need it in order to get back in the garage. I hoped there would be someone on the other end of the call button on the scanner for the ticket but no answer. Went around the building in hopes of finding another entrance without needing to through the car entrance to the garage, but there isn't, just an exit door. Tried the call button again, no answer. Thankfully we had a couple going in right as we got. Back to the door and piggy backed on in, but definitely do

I paid for valet parking prior to my event to have a smooth parking experience I needed up being 1 hour late to my concert at the near by arena because they sold my parking spot to someone who happen to just pull up and then told me there sorry and there was nothing they could do they were full and I had to find another garage and I’m fighting for my refund

Worst parking garage we have ever visited. There was a sign out for $27 all day parking. We pulled in and they said it would be $35. We argued with the attendees that the sign has no specifications. They said they were unable to park us because we refused to pay more than what was listed. Rude, unprofessional and fraudulent. Please look at the reviews before taking the time for an awful expirence. I wish we would have looked at the reviews first too.
