A few years ago they did a great job so I hired them again after being pushed to sign the contract on the spot when I was telling them I wanted to get quotes. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing like the last and I’m left with a mess to fix myself. I wish they’d asked if I wanted the shoe molding replaced before leaving me with having to repaint baseboards that were just painted but this mess with my pedestal sink is what’s driving this review - I wish I’d seen this before they left but the contractor was standing in front of it focused on the fact my toilet would need a plumber to reset it due to the height difference in the flooring. This install was due to a water leak so it was a very stressful situation from the beginning that was not made better with this job.

This will be my second time working with 50 Floors. Mike Baruffi, the representative, is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and personable and knows the floor business well. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push more expensive flooring on me. He gave me every discount he could find and I believe the price was reasonable. The installation was a great experience. I had Jose and he and his helpful were wonderful. Very professional and nice. The cleaned up beautifully and the floors look fabulous. This is another great experience with 50 Floors.

We had a great experience working with John H. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a good understanding of the different products. John was able to work within our budget. We were able to find flooring that we like and we are happy with our choices. John was very professional throughout the process.

Great experience getting the initial quote and was offered a range of options for new carpet. It was easy to schedule the installation day and was happy they offered Saturdays. The installation included fixing subfloor squeaks and moving furniture around. They got our entire upstairs done in 1 day.
