Scott Stevens was truly an amazing person to deal with when purchasing carpeting. He was not a high-pressure sales person. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal. I’ve had numerous quotes by several different companies and it was clear as soon as I met SCOTT I trusted him. I knew he was giving me the straight talk and I had no doubt that I wanted to go with him and his company. They have a lifetime warranty on everything so they really stand behind their product and it is not a limited warranty like other companies have. And to top it off, all three of my dogs absolutely loved him and stayed with us the whole time while we were talking. They never do this!!! they didn’t do this with any other sales person. I had a wonderful experience with 50Floor. Benjamin did my consultation. He was so sweet. The only thing I didn’t like, he initially quoted me a price, and magically his manager was able to shave a couple thousands off when it seemed I wasn’t going to OK the initial price. But I know that’s how salespeople are. The people that came to install the floor were great! It only took them about 6 hours to complete the job. They cleaned up nicely once they were done, too. Overall, I had a great experience.

Had a great experience all the way up until installation. The first crew who did the lvp downstairs reinstalled our dishwasher so crooked that the door has to be pulled to one side to close it. They installed the wrong colored trim around our fireplace and transition. The second crew that did the carpet was unhappy about having to move our furniture and heavily damaged our son’s pottery barn bed frame. Damaged a hanging light fixture and forgot to glue/nail down trim in one section of the stairs. Also caved in the dry wall it looks like behind the trim. We had to to push them to replace a section of subfloor that had some water damage (we were happy to pay to have it fixed). As of now we have notified 50floor customer service and the sales rep and no one has responded or offered a solutio

I would give this company a much higher rating if their follow up after selling/installing the floors was better. I brought a relatively small issue to the salesperson's (Ahmad) attention the day after the floors were installed and a week later nothing has been done to resolve it. These floors are not cheap at all. And if something in your home is damaged in the process of installing the floors and you request to have the item replaced, this should not create an issue. However, it appears it is an issue, because a week after raising this issue nothing has been done to resolve it. I reached out to the salesman because he was the only contact, I had. Carpet samples shown and sold to us by Lionel Batiste in a very informative, friendly visit! We were so satisfied with what was available, financing options, timeliness, and professionalism that we canceled other vendors originally scheduled for price comparisons. Photos to follow!
