53 Granite St Garage

The garage is nice enough but the Ticket Machines for payment in the lobby or at the exit are HORRIBLE. They say something like "put your ticket UNDER the scanner but there is NO "UNDER". Its a flat screen and nothing happens if you place your ticket bar code ON the screen. You have to hit just the right 45 degree angle about 2 inches "away" and then move the bar code across and it works. Same thing on exit where the the slot for inserting your credit card is too low and with no indication of where the credit card stripe should be. Took 3 times to get that right after having to open the car door. All in all and example of ATROCIOUS human factors engineering!

Safe and amazing staff!! Pulled in, selected paper ticket. Parked. When I left just scanned it and paid. Easy peasy lemon squeezey!
