Great parking for events downtown but parking attendants are not friendly or helpful. I guess the service depends on what day of the week it is. Last time no issues tonight not a good experience

Went here well before the Orlando Magic Game today and was really pleased with the friendly staff and the cost of $10 for a good 5 hours. Thank you so much for adding to a memorable day 😄

We prepaid parking at this garage for an event. They did not send anything to us to indicate that if you leave there is another re entry fee nkr is there anything poated. This garage is ran by the City of Orlando and they need to do a better job at communicating the re entry fee especially when prepaying for parking. Our email also stated that we had specific times because it was for an event and the times where 24 hour parking. Very dissatisfied with this service .

Parked here to go to an evening event at the Kia Center. Was about a 7-8 minute walk and only cost $14. It's a pain leaving the garage though.
