parked here for a wizards game and honestly it was perfect. Only a block away from the arena, tons of parking, and this may be because the wizards suck, but it wasn’t busy whatsoever. It was also relatively easy to leave, so honestly I would recommend this place to anyone going to Capitol One Arena. I’ll also add that the attendants there were super nice as well!

Booked on SpotHero which said parking was valid until 11:00pm. Attendant was extremely rude when we entered and said we had to be out of there much earlier. He was upset we prepaid on an app instead of paying cash and spouted some other nonsense I couldn't understand. Avoid this garage.

Absolutely worst experience in a parking facility anywhere. Several vehicles including ours were vandalized/busted out windows. Broken glass and abandoned windows were strewn all through the 2nd and 3rd levels. To add insult to injury, we were all stuck sitting for a literal hour at 2 am, no cars moving. When traffic began flowing we learned that the ticket gate was malfunctioning and a local hero was holding the gate to allow people to exit. The attendant ran in front of our car after approximately 50 cars had left, refusing to allow us to exit even with a pre-paid Spot Hero to have an argument with the only person trying to help the situation. Will never use this facility again. Do not recommend anyone using it if they care about their vehicle safety.

Really wish I could give 0 stars. We finally found a place to park for game 2 of the NLDS with the Nationals and Dodgers which ended up being $40. The game was postponed literally 5 mins after we parked and they wouldn't give us a refund or voucher to come back for when the game would be replayed. They told us if we wanted to park there for the postponed game that was being replayed the following day that we would have to pay the $40 again the next day. My wife and I were not the only ones that got burned like that. Plenty of people were looking for a refund or voucher of some kind and we got nothing. They gave us a number to call their boss and he gave us another number to call and from there we did not receive an answer. I tried to call their main building in DC, they have 2 people that

Although, they are in the process of renovating the building, this garage is still open. Make sure you get in early. It fills up kind of quick because it is one of the cheapest parking garages in this area. They will park your car, if you ask them, or you can park your own car. All in all, it is a very nice garage. Only drawback is there is no elevator you can use. You have to walk up, which is not bad. The garage is well lit. You can take the stairs to go up, if you would like. The staff is nice. Like I said, they will park your car, all you have to do is ask.
