This parking garage isn't 24/7 as it says. There's no access after Whole Foods has closed until 7 am the next morning. Luckily my car wasn’t towed but my parking fee was totaled $120 (11 hours). The app (Park Chirp) to reserve or pay for parking doesn’t work at all for this location. Don’t waste your time unless you plan on only being in Whole Foods for less than 90 minutes.
Supposedly the garage has free parking if you spend $10 or more at While Foods, but the machine wouldn't take my validation and after the operator hung up on me I had to pay $10 to get out of there.
