Please do not park in this parking garage. The security attendant makes very rude comments and has no respect towards humanity. Or the community he works in. This attendant does not take his job seriously. He has no professionalism hospitality people skills or even customer service skills. And he gives off creep vibes!! Not sure where they found him! The doors are all locked without clear instructions to getting inside. You may have to walk around to try another “locked” entrance or till you see someone that will let you in. Hopefully you don’t have several belongings with you possibly from being an exceptional exhibitor at the convention center across the street. And don’t you dare loose your parking ticket! Don't park here! Facility needs better detailed instructions. Elevator entrance door on C1 is obviously broken which causes people to not use the door (also an accessibility issue) and take a different route. Instructions on where to go if people are unable to use elevators and decide to take the stairs is not provided for people to follow. This lead my family and I to get lost and wondered out to a loading area. Was told this has happened before, now looking at the reviews, this appears to be true. Employees were also very rude when we tried to explain all this, after they lied about security reporting us for going out what is supposed to be a restricted area with no signs. Unclear instructions, incredibly rude attendant. Door directions were unclear and a large group of people returning for different cars were left standing with no direction as to how to get the doors open nor communication with security. For convenience and a smoother experience, consider another garage. .

Horrible, rude attendant. I'm trying to park my car, not sit there and be lectured because you have unclear instructions.

Valet Parking with claim tickets, but they do not offer paper receipts, only text or email, which I never received.
