This parking garage is very convenient and next door to the Double Tree Hotel. They offer hotel overnight parking which is only $15 vs. The valet parking at the Double Tree for $28 per day (1 overnight stay you have to pay $28 for arrival day and $28 for checkout day). There is ample parking which is on the 5th floor and you need to take an elevator up and down in the business tower attached. In order to get to the elevator you need to push a button and inform security you are leaving. When going back to your car, you need to tell the security person why you are there. After hours, you would need to walk the ramp all 5 floors of the garage to get to your car. You can come and go as much as you would like, when paying for parking you put your license plate during the purchase of your ticket

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. NOT SAFE. Public parking is on the fifth level with several handicap marked spaces but there is no accessible elevator or even stairs. The only way to get in and out is the car paths which are way too steep for anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues to use and also narrow and full of blind turns that make them dangerous for any pedestrians at all. It's absurd that this place is allowed to carry on like this. I encourage anyone in the area who can to call up a lawyer and take Secure Parking to task over this garage.

Cheap parking = you get what you pay for. The stairs to use here are hard to find and smell like urine [if you can even open the doors to get in/out], no elevator. Easiest way to get up & down is to walk where the cars are driving. If there's nowhere else to park and this is your last option, good luck & watch out for cars!

Horrible lot. Better off spending 3x the price for hotel valet. Public parking is on the top floor (uncovered). This lot uses the Passport app and has no attendant. Paid $5 on a Saturday afternoon. This was good until midnight. Fine, an extra $5 for Sunday morning is not a big deal. However, there was no way of knowing until after midnight that the second $5 is only good until 7am. Had to pay a third time to leave at 8. Also, you apparently have to have a keycard for the building to use the elevator. Otherwise you're taking the disgusting (trash, dog food!) stairwell. Asked building doorman how we get back up Sunday, and he said we could walk in main entrance, and he'd let us use the elevator. Worst garage I’ve ever parked in. Public is on 5th floor, no elevator. When you return only way to get up to 5th floor is to walk all up same ramps as cars. The stairway is disgusting combination of human and pet urine. Overall the garage is disrepair stay anywhere but here
