They will send you a citation in the mail for $102 even if you pay. I will be disputing. More of a scam than a parking lot so be careful. I have submitted a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible parking company with horrible customer service. I was parked a few MINUTES past my end time and recieved a $102 ticket in the mail. I disputed it via email and over the phone, and they don't have any human compassion or decency. SCAM company and lot DO NOT PARK HERE!!!

Do NOT park here. As everyone else says, there are hidden fees not disclosed on the sign. You WILL receive a letter in the mail months after you park here asking you to pay $$$. Look up the company (IPM) on BBB and they have an F rating. This is the worst experience of any lot we've ever parked at in Seattle.

They had signs that said pay by phone. I did pay by phone, and now, a month later, I get an unpaid parking fine from these guys. If you do park there, make sure it's an IPM booth you're paying at and save your receipt. Never parking here again.

This parking deserves negative stars. We used the QR code to park, selected 10 hours and only after paying were told that the parking had been adjusted to cover only 7 hours (until 5 am), which would have meant getting up early to move the car. If you're parking overnight and getting up early, just park on the street nearby - there's lots of free parking 8 pm to 8 am
