The roof on my home was at least 20 years old when I decided to replace it. There were no noticeable leaks or other structural problems, but I was getting solar panels put in and I decided that I really just needed a new roof as well. Those are the other guys. While they did a good job, this contractor was amazing. He put up my gutters exactly as I wanted them, helped me get my rain barrels in place, and otherwise was just amazing. After seeing his work. I asked him if he could do some more general contracting around my home. His price was unmatchable and everything that he touched in my yard was of the highest construction grade that I have seen. Working with Sebastian was a great experience. He was quick to respond and gave a very fair estimate on redoing all of our gutters. He was very professional and got us in the books right away. Sebastian is great. I received many quotes and his seemed to be the most reasonable. I liked how polite he was and how quickly he got back to us. He did our gutters, gutter shields and repaired some siding. He’s quick, they looked great and he cleans up after the job. I knew he was a good person when our dog liked him (and he doesn’t care for most people!) We highly recommend 7 Cities Exteriors, LLC ( not to be confused with the other 7 Cities company).

Sebastian with 7 City Exteriors was excellent to work with. He was extremely polite and respectful throughout the entire process. He was also able to make it out and install my new gutters within a week of getting my call. He probably would have been here sooner if it wasn’t raining last week!
