This garage is horrible when using SpotHero, upon exit the system never recognizes the QR code provided by SpotHero not the ticket that was pulled prior parking. You have to call the attendant and provided the ticket number, reservation number from SpotHero and verify your first and last time all while there are cars piling up behind you and honking at you. Terrible won’t be using it again.

$10 weekend rate if you book through LAZparking.com. Scan the QR code from the booking to enter. Make sure to park on 7th floor /unmarked spot if you’re a visitor. Floors 1-6 are for residents of the apartment building next door (these are marked reserved). Was able to book from 8:30 am - 5 pm on the morning of. It was $10 regardless of how many hours we did so I did until 5 pm just in case but we left at 12 pm. Keep your parking ticket to exit. Felt very secure with security cameras. The entrance was on Sussex Street.

Parking with the perfect location for anyone heading to Central Park. I discovered this spot through the SpotHero app.

Prepaid online by ParkWhiz mobile app. Upon entering the garage scanned the QR code first and pulled a ticket. Took a spot marked for visitors. At the time of leaving inserted the ticket to the machine which caused the gate to open. Experienced no delays.

Terrible parking. Most spots are either taken or “reserved”, for whom I don’t know. The machine that gave us the ticket also double charged us. This parking is self serve, so the service quality is very bad.
