We had a plumbing ring, flange and pipe break between floors and needed emergency service. The Plumber called 716ProClean for us as it was water from a sanitary sewer pipe. 716ProClean was here before the plumbers left. They cleaned and sanitized everything affected by leakage including countertops, sinks, tiles and rug. A Young Professional named James cleaned the area that plumbers tracked through. Although Dry, James had the Acumen To Know that every step from the plumbers did leave viral or bacterial residue and thoroughly sanitized the plumbers old track in the rug. The gentleman that came to do my furniture were very professional on time and did a fabulous job. I have three small dogs and they were very attentive to be sure they didn’t get out while they had to leave the door open for their hoses. I highly recommend them. My furniture came out great and I will use them again in the future for sure.

We were very pleased with how our carpets came out. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly but thoroughly. Setting up the appointment was easy. The crew showed up on Time and answered all of our questions before beginning their work. The carpet dried quickly and they look and smell great.

Scheduling service was very fast and convenient. I have a busy and odd schedule but they worked around it. Technicians were on time, polite, and thorough. They respected my home and hit all the areas I was looking to have done. Results were amazing! My high traffic hallway areas look new again!
