Obviously the builder saved money on both materials and labor. Every time I pulled into my driveway the first thing I noticed was the terrible fence. I called 76 Fence of West Houston and Josh came out to look at the project. He was excellent and explained everything the company offers and the cost for the project . The crew that did the work was fantastic. Their work was excellent and they made sure the property was clean and looking great before they left. I value professionalism and punctuality, but unfortunately, this experience fell short. I chose this company based off other positive reviews but unfortunately that was not my experience. Arriving late without communication felt disrespectful of my time. Considering my neighbors privacy was a huge issue. They were left with their yards exposed for too long. The service was disappointing and inexcusable. The contractors disrespected my property by leaving food and trash in my yard. I hope this can be improved moving forward for the next customer. I will never work with them again or recommend to anyone.
