I parked there for a trip to Boston. I apparently misunderstood the hours of operation and thought I could not get my car until Monday because I got back an hour later than I expected. Note-from what I was told you can drive out of the garage outside of the normal business hours, you just can't drive in. On Monday, the parking attendant was so understanding and made it her business to help me. I ended up speaking with a manager and he was ultimately able to help me with my situation.
Getting around inside the garage can be a tad confusing, but never fear! The super friendly and helpful staff onsite are willing and ready to assist you.
I got confused with the time I could pay to park and when I called their phone number, the man on the phone (which name I didn’t catch) was the sweetest and walked me through other options and how everything is all good!! Thank you guys so much!!
Garage has electric vehicle charging but people are not allowed to use it
