FALSE ADVERTISING. The rate lists $12 up to first hour. However, I was told l had to pay $17 because I was an "early bird" (I arrived at 8AM on a Thursday). There wasn't a single sign posted about being an "early bird" or what those fees were. I could have literally been told to pay whatever the attendant decided. Every other garage in the area charges $15.95 max for early bird AND had it posted. The first floor is valet only. That's fine. However, since you have to park on the second or third floor, there should be an elevator for safety. Nope, you have to walk up the ramp against oncoming traffic. Never parking here again. Beware.

We parked here for three days over thanksgiving holiday for $66. Spotless. 5 min walk from our hotel - which would have charged us $200. No problems.
