This parking garage was in the perfect location, especially if you're visiting Ford's Theater, the National Portrait Gallery, or any of the Smithsonian museums. It was really easy to find and enter with the grid streets. There were a lot of spacious spaces available. The price wasn't too bad either.

I had a very unfortunate experience at this location, despite being a frequent customer. When I was trying to leave, I encountered an issue with my ticket, which showed an error even though I had already paid. I asked the person in charge for assistance, but they ignored my request and did not approach to help. As it was already 11:00 a.m. and the place was closing, I reversed my car, and only then did the staff member come over. I explained the situation and showed proof of payment, but he reacted with frustration and was unprofessional. I told him I didn’t have time to wait any longer because I had other commitments, and he responded by threatening to call the police. I was parked for 18 minutes per my ticket (restaurant had closed). I was charged $12.99. The on-site attendant could not help and the automated checkout was charging me $20. The customer service representative on the phone was not empowered to help.

Where to begin? 7:30 on a Friday night, we pull up to this parking garage. The attendant told us to roll right in-nowhere are there any posted signs about their hours. Furthermore, we were not informed of their closing hours. (Funny thing, we later find out they closed at 7pm. How ever did we get inside?) We come back to find the garage door closed at 11:30. We weren’t the only people locked out, and soon we have a crowd form outside of the door. People were P.O.ed. The man who had let us on when we parked, pretended he didn’t work there. Several other people also recognized him, and he went skulking down the alley. I called the security officer from the building. I was told he would come let us in, but he never showed. We called the parking lot staff in the nextdoor garage, and they said

This review is for interactions with "Atlantic". Awful experience. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and no attempts to resolve issues. Be careful parking SUV's, tight spots and low overhead (overhead fire sprinklers will touch). After constant back and forth dispute with the lackidasical attendant, over nothing, and failure of an "alleged supervisor" to resolve a dispute on "me asking too many questions and holding up the line", I decided to leave and found free parking. Nice garage, horrible customer service.
