901 E Street Garage (Atlantic Parking)

Posted prices are a scam - there are lists for hourly parking, but the attendant claimed they were only available if someone chose to use valet parking. He said that parking yourself automatically triggered the maximum daily rate. This policy is not posted anywhere in the garage.

Well, the attendant was friendly. The spaces are a challenge to get into with the number of columns in the garage (as a first time user of the parking garage). I don't know if I'd park there again.It was a tight space for my preference. It was a challenge finding my way out (walking out and back to my car). It's close to the Capital One Arena. You'd have to try it for yourself and see if it fits your needs. Parking in DC is a challenge. Good Luck!!

Got there for my prepaid spot hero reservation. The garage was locked and no one was on site to open it. I called building security and they said nobody was on site, and nobody would come open the garage.

Garage clean and well lit. There is no public pedestrian stairwell to exit-- must walk up parking ramp from your parking level. Weekend reasonable flat rate. Parking spots are deeper than average DC parking garages but you must still navigate support poles and sharp corners like most DC parking. Easy walking (1-block) access to Fords Theater and Portrait Museum.

Do not park here under any circumstances. They lock the garage and you can't get your car. It's 9 am and I'm locked out and no one answers the "after hours" number. What an absolute joke.
