We (my bf and I) had a very bad experience with the man in charge of the drive in garage . Very rude in the way he speak . Unethical and not professional yet we even told him we are tourist and we new to this place we don’t know much but the service he provided was utterly disgusting. Also we had a grace period of parking for 60 seconds . (Which mean free of charge) but yet he still charged a whole $24 dollars for 30 min That made out vacation stay bad cause we use that parking lot to park out car . Due to that out vacation stay was cut short . I don’t recommend this place for parking. No moral neither manners.
Great location to the convention center, only issue was a lot of tandem and reserved parking so public area was pretty full but worth driving to the lower level for
