John and his wife came out to help when we were consistently running out of water at our house. They installed 2, 200-gallon tanks and re-routed our utility room to ensure we had all the water we could ever need. They were fast, friendly and made a huge improvement to the enjoyment of our home. However, during installment, John made some large scratches in my floor that he denied and tried to blame on my dogs. Since then, I have tried contacting him about problems and questions I have had, and I haven’t heard a word from him. I do not recommend working with this company.

Katie and John are awesome. Our well head is in a very difficult area to access in our yard and they made it happen, they didn’t quit and found a way to get in there and help us out. We didn’t have water pressure and they quickly diagnosed the problem, accessed the well pump 425 feet down and replaced the pump & pipe for us. We now have better pressure than we’ve ever had in the house and the security of knowing it was done right at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

John was wonderful. Right after the 7.2 earthquake we had problems with our well casing and John was out within 20mins to run some tests. Even offered to pick us up a new house filter before his scheduled repair the very next morning. Great customer service, quick to respond, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

After getting the run around with several other water filtration, well pump and excavator services .... a process which took nearly 3 months to try and navigate, we finally scored when we turned to 907 Water Well Services. We had well water with a very heavy iron load, and supposedly a low producing well. We used several services in town that we paid for but did not fix the situation one bit. Finally, we got in touch with John, and he diagnosed our situation during our first visit. And within 1 week, we finally had clear water from a well that turns out had plenty of water! If we had found 907 Well Water Services initially, we would have saved ourselves at least $8k and 3 months of headache.
