Used personal engagement to expedite permitting process for late season work. Site superintendent checked in daily with progress and questions. A family business that maintains a close relationship with the community of both other contractors and clients. I got their recommendation from septic and well engineering company. Gets excellent word of mouth recommendations from real estate people and other contractors. Definitely should be your first call!

So, here you are looking up someone to help fix your septic issues and expecting the same basic "they did good, thanks" review. I get it, I did the same thing off and on for the last 18 months. We have never had to deal with a septic before until our recent house purchase. A new septic had to be put in before we could close. There was 4 bids put in and we chose ARM Services. They were a little bit more expensive than the other 3 but we felt with the questions we asked and surveying our friends with their septic experiences that it was worth it. We were reassured by ARM that they would take their time for quality vs output. We really appreciated that as customers. A septic is expensive and a big deal! This shouldn't be rushed! I don't want to deal with fixing a poor installation job or faulty mechanics because of that. Rob Campbell and his talented hard working crew of ARM Services are who I would choose to manage any challenging projects. ARM Septic Services has done several projects on our property in Eagle River, from 1. removing a poor lawn and replacing it with a lined drainage system with bone rock, 2. New level controls needed on our septic tank, 3. A fine installation of a new septic tank and drain field for our shop/kennel, and recently 4. a subsurface wet well and pump system to remove water glaciation problems we encountered.
