Pioneer Restoration

I was down since July 17, 2024 for surgery and my house got so so bad when I couldn’t care for it properly. They are miracle workers!! The eye appeal and smell is so wonderful but the weight off of my shoulders is tremendous! I needed help. The pics are a little embarrassing but I think you should see what they did for me. Anna and Konae were incredibly courteous and helpful scheduling and Mick was tremendously informative, thorough and patient with his assessment. Together they Instilled confidence in the company and I would be very likely to work with them in the future.

We experienced a flooded basement due to a pipe leak in neighboring unit. Nesta was our primary service person and Jeremiah assisted as needed. They were both courteous and prompt. Their work and explanations were also very thorough. We were kept informed on their progress and when and what the next steps would be. Nesta made himself available for our schedule. I am certain that because of their thorough service the damage was kept to a minimum. I would give them the highest recommendation.

Was a pleasure working with Pioneer . From our first conversation with Mick And mitigation efforts with Nesta and billing/estimates with Mike . Really impressed considering it was during the holidays and they made an effort to do the best work . Positive and fast communication Transparent Honest Efficient Highly recommended for those that need mitigation and restoration . Had a terrible experience with a previous outfit ( three letter company) and glad that we were able to work together to deal with the mitigation efforts.

I can’t say enough about the help I got from Nesta. He is an awesome representative of your company. Found cold spot and was able to get heater and blowers set up in a very short time. Was nice to get rid of the frozen pipe and nothing split.
