Subcontractors beware!!!!! Back in November of 2025 I was contracted by Curtis to do a stucco repair at one of their projects in Stone Mountain area. We agreed on the price, he signed my proposal and we started the job. Curtis paid me about 50% as down payment and said that the remaining balance will be paid to me in two weeks( remember, this is November of 2025). Job was done in two days, everything came out good until the time of the payment approached, I called Curtis to see the status of the payment, he said some inspections need to be done so I understood and didn't say anything. After that he found lots of excuses not to pay like the office is closed, I'm out of town, We have problems with the bank and so on. Mario Martinez diagnosed my water intrusion in my crawl space. He was very thorough and explained in detail what was happening to my foundation. He provided the best recommendation to address my issue. Curtis was very caring and considerate. He managed the process of mold treatment and provided additional treatments until I was satisfied which he didn’t have to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work to treat the mold. Gus and his crew did a great job of removing and treating the mold and water damage in my house. They replaced my wood floor and my patio door because of water damage. They kept me informed of issues that arose and made suggestions to repair. They were very courteous, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
