Hello, I recently had a flooding at my house caused by a busted pipe in my attic. The 911 restoration team was excellent and assured me everything was going to be ok. The final restoration (ceilings, walls, flooring, paint, etc) was done professionally. I definitely recommend them and I am keeping in touch with them for future renovations in my house. Our hot water heater broke unexpectedly & flooded our basement right before Thanksgiving. I recently had a pipe burst and it flooded my entire basement. I called John at 911 Restoration of Central Maryland to see what steps were necessary to move forward with repairs. John, Will, and the whole team were extremely professional, punctual, and helpful!! My basement was completely restored and looked way better than it did prior to the flood within 3 weeks. My house was flooded when a water pipe from the upstairs bathroom broke and leaked into the living room and basement. I called my insurance and reported the damage, insurance assigned 911 Restoration Company who was very helpful and prompt in responding to my concerns. They immediately started water mitigation in the living room and basement area to prevent mold from growing and spreading throughout the house. They also removed the flooring in the basement to prevent further water damage. The agent assigned and the manager frequently checked on the progress of the mitigation and kept me and my husband updated with the situation and its resolution. Overall, I’m satisfied with the job they did at my house.
