Tevis Energy

We have had an auto-fill account with Tevis for several years. Unfortunately this is the 2nd year in a row now where they've allowed us to run dry when it's the coldest weather of the year. Despite having no heat with temps just hitting 20 degrees I've been sitting here waiting for someone to show up for 8 hours, customer service can't give a time so I'm trapped in my freezing home waiting for them to get someone here. There is no such thing as an emergency call for them, their efficient routes are top priority. They suck bottom line.

After 53 years our oil tank developed a small leak, naturally right after I had it filled. I gave them a call and a man was there within 45-55 minutes. Patched it and we set up an appointment for the next day to empty it, replace it with a new tank and refill it with the same oil. No mess at all.

We switched to Tevis Oil because I tend to be sensitive to petroleum products and am allergic to dust. We hoped the oil would be better for me. The oil really does burn cleaner, and I no longer dread turning on the heat because of facial/sinus pain. They have accommodated our preference to have oil delivered just twice a year, in August and December, when prices tend to be lower. They are professional and friendly by phone. We've had no problems at all with them and I strongly recommend Tevis.
