We were referred to 911 Restoration by our insurance company as a need for further investigation due to water damage from the heavy rains we had back in February. In the beginning they were great, came quickly and their tech was awesome (nothing negative to say about him). However, if you need a report quickly I would not recommend this company. It has been over a month with no follow up or communication other than "I will follow up with the team, I'm following up with the team again". It has been since March 16th and we still have not received anything.

We called 911 Restoration after getting an offer from another company and wanting a second opinion, And boy am I glad we did..! Not only they saved us a lot of money they also did the job much faster than the other company said they would, and actually added extra work that wasn’t included on the previous offer and were still much lower final price. We are 100% happy with the results, the whole kitchen looks better than before. Excellent communication and great people, the whole crew was polite professional and worked clean. Highly recommended! If you want to take care of anything related to water damage, and minimize your hassle/ headache, this is the company for you!! I’m an onsite manager in Hollywood area and I can’t stress enough how professional and quick these guys are! I had them come over more than once for extreme leaks and damage. Fair pricing and the job just gets DONE!!
