We parked for 30 to 45 minutes starting at 8:15pm on Tuesday Dec 2nd, 2025. We were charged $18 by the guy working the station. Pretty sure he pocketed the extra money. Per the signage, it was only supposed to cost us $2.
Good public parking spot and very convenient. The location is great if you’re planning to visit the farmers market since it’s just a short walk away. Easy access and a good option when the area gets busy.
I entered the lot after 12am. They wanted to charge me FOR TWO days of parking. If you were to READ the sign, it clearly states daily max rate is 13. They claim the new day starts after 6am because their flat rate was from 6pm to 6am and new day resets at 6am. Um if that's how it works you need to disclose it because NORMAL people go by calendar day. No where does it state each day resets at 6am due to your flat rate pricing. I will say this place has security 24/7 which is a big plus.
Why raise the prices so much? Parking already sucks in this area. This was our go-to parking. Might have to find another.
