I try to handle as much as I can around my apartment myself — even though it’s a rental. Recently a water hose started leaking, and of course I found the replacement at . We also built our own kitchen table, and I really appreciated that when I bought the boards, the associate was happy to cut them to my measurements without any hassle. That was a pleasant surprise. We’ve come back many times for paint, primer, and finishes, and the staff has always helped us choose the right products and offered useful advice on how to do things better. I’ll definitely keep coming here — big thanks to the team for their hard work and great customer service.

I stopped by to get a locked keyed but the staff said show up in the am. So some back story is a bought the wrong one and tried to do it myself and returned the one I bought. I see someone said it is difficult to return an item which I have never found and issue to return an item and never felt threatened. So when I showed up in the am I met Manny. What a gem for the the Home depot. His years of experience working with the public showed. His knowledge was impeccable. He took his time and made sure it was correct and then cut me some new keys and then let me try them before I left. I mentioned to him that I love bringing people from out of town to visit this Home Depot because of their Customer Service that is not seen anywhere we have lived before. I love this store, but this time the returns department acted unexpectedly. I bought a faucet adapter, opened the package, and returned it. They gave me a 30% refund less than what I actually paid - no one mentioned it at the time. I only noticed it on my bank card a couple of days later.

Customers deserve to feel safe and respected at any Home Depot, but that is not the case at this location. The managers, Jay and Chris, have repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward customers — especially seniors and veterans. Their behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. When I attempted to make a return, I was met with hostility and humiliation instead of help. They refused to honor Home Depot’s return policy and treated me rudely throughout the interaction. It honestly felt like they were trying to bully customers instead of serve them. Even more worrying, Jay’s behavior during my visit raised serious questions about whether employees at this store are being properly supervised or evaluated for fitness to work.
