911 Restoration of Metro East

Stay away from 911 Restoration/Brian Hernandez! This company works off taking advantage of people when they need help. He hires the bottom of the barrel to cut every corner possible. He tells you one thing and does another then calls you a liar. From his “plumber” putting a lien on my house, his plaster crew setting off fireworks in my house, his electrician leaving like exposed wires on my pool deck, one of his crew members dumping human feces in my yard then Hernandez blames my neighbors! Just STAY AWAY!

Called to schedule call, gave address and zip code. While the lady was extremely friendly, even double checked, my Edwardsville, IL location was 115 miles from their location. I was told they were in “Central IL”. Their website all but describes “Metro East” and lists numerous Cities, Towns and Villages in our area. I’m not sure what’s going on, maybe they consolidated, but the advertising is definitely wrong here. Your call center has my info if you wish to talk and attempt to correct this in the event your company made an error. Otherwise, technically my review stands as your company is not providing the service as advertised (unfortunate as I was hoping to use your company).

DO NOT USE 911 RESTORATION! or any business to do with Brian Hernandez. He will lie and cut every corner possible. If you already made a mistake and hired him by the time you read this, immediately get everything in writing
