911 Restoration of Northeast Georgia

Do not use this company. Outside of doing an absolutely terrible job, they billed for work they didn't do. Attached are just a few pictures of their terrible workmanship and how they treat your property. A couple of things were remedied with my husband's instruction because their employees aren't skilled in rebuilds. They don't have "divisions". They only have day laborers. I absolutely do not recommend.

911 Restorations (specifically Lane and Jeremy) was an awesome resource to have for our project. We had a leak in our kitchen which resulted in lots of reconstruction that disrupted our lives for over a month. All service members at 911 Restorations were knowledgeable and patient and even helped us navigate insurance when they were being… difficult. For every bump in the road, there was a quick response and solution. Very pleased with the results of their work!

I had an excellent experience with 911 Restoration from start to finish. When I called them, they were incredibly responsive and arranged to have someone come out the same day to assess the damage. The workers arrived early, which was a pleasant surprise, and immediately got to work. They quickly removed the damaged floor and set up a dehumidifier with impressive efficiency. The follow-up appointment was equally smooth. Once again, the team arrived early and managed to install a beautiful new floor in under two hours. Throughout both visits, the workers were respectful of my home, ensuring the area was cleaned up thoroughly after each task. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. After recent flooding, we were advised to use their services with the assurance that it would help us secure new flooring through our insurance. The team arrived promptly, had us sign paperwork before fully explaining the process, and then began work. When they removed our floors, I repeatedly asked if we would be receiving replacements and was told to “trust the process.” Unfortunately, our insurance claim was ultimately denied. The company’s owner visited our home and informed us that we needed a Public Adjuster (PA), assuring us that our claim was not a loss—I have this interaction recorded. He was very professional and gave an honest assessment of our mold situation and steps to move forward. I have so much appreciation for good service and people who are knowledgeable and well-experienced at their craft!
