From the first call to the end result, I dealt with wonderful, professional people! who knew what they were doing! Barry, Corey, David and Logan helped me every step of the way in this weird mishap within my home. I'll recommend to anyone needing this type of service!

I called 911 restoration at 7:30 pm with an emergency leak that we could not handle ourselves. They had David out to our home within an hour and he was able to turn our water off and start the moisture mitigation procedure. Matt and Brett came back first thing the next morning and set up fans and took out the wet insulation and flooring to continue the drying process. We are first time homeowners and although this was initially very frightening, 911 restoration has walked through everything with us and were very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you all for helping us!

Although water damage is never something you want to go through, I highly recommend 911 restoration for any mitigation needs. They showed up same day, had our space dried quickly, and provided helpful referrals to repair companies. The entire team was kind, friendly, and patient with all of our questions and concerns! 10/10 experience!

Can't recommend Restoration 911 enough! We had a toilet line burst a day before closing on the sale of our house, and Restoration 911 was there within 45 minutes of me calling them that same night. We worked with them for over 2 months restoring the house, and they were always prompt (Thank you Barry and Cody!) and helped work things out with insurance. I wouldn't want something like this on anyone, but if you do happen to find yourself in a situation like this, Restoration 911 will take care of you.
