After thinking I had a shower leak, I thought I might go into the crawl space to check things out. The good news was there was no leak. Much to my surprise, however, I was totally freaked out with the formations of organic growth, not necessarily mold, but what was determined as efflorescence deposits. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about 911 Restoration. Ronnie showed up immediately after I called about the flooding situation in our house, (did I mention it was a Sunday?) he showed up and spent a lot of time assessing the damage, walked us through the process thereby alleviating a lot of our fear and trepidations for the next steps. Ronnie stayed in touch with me on a daily basis, anything he promised would get done, he made sure it got done. Monday morning, Chris and another gentleman ( Chris was the lead for the removal so I mainly spoke to him) showed up and began the removal of the water soaked materials and to also start the drying process. Chris and co-worker were fast, efficient and always in a good mood. They spent the remainder of the week, diligently working

I highly recommend 911 Restoration because of their amazing response time and following through to completion. We had a flooded basement (in our vacation home) a few days before Christmas, 911 Restoration responded with the hour and a team arrived within the next hour with equipment to handle our situation. Blowers & humidifiers were placed, the team returned daily to monitor moisture levels and kept us informed. We were very comfortable with their technicians coming & going through the home without us being there. And the pricing which 911 Restoration detailed to us was amazingly lower than we had expected.
