He pointed out a couple of errors when the dishwasher was first installed and was able to correct them to prevent the issue from occurring again. Needed to repair or replace a 20-yr old disposal so I reached out to 98 Refrigerator Appliance Repair to see if they could help me. They're upfront advise was, repair maybe, replace no problem - ie an old disposal isn't worth repairing compared to replacing with a new unit. We were able to replace the unit in one day with an upgraded make/model for a reasonable price including installation. Quick and easy.
