🔥Such a great experience with A-1 Chimney Specialist!!! 🔥Preston was professional, on time, very detailed and did an amazing job. He did a full inspection of our Jotul wood burning stove, cleaned it out, got on the roof - inspected our chimneys etc… and had a great attitude while working. 🔥Good customer service is hard to find these days, 10/10 recommend Preston and A-1!!!

Establishing both the appointment as well as updates were easy and informative. Our Chimney Specialist (Tony) kept me informed as he got close the job. (He was early, Nice!!). Tony was very knowledgeable and fielded any questions that I had. He readily found the issue. The job site was clean as if he hadn't been here. Great job by all!

Preston was timely, knowledgable, efficient, explained everything, in addition to being kind and easy to talk to. Fair prices and excellent service! So much better than others we have tried.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from this company! First with the pleasant person who answered the phone and got us on their schedule very quickly. The service tech, Tony, was able to diagnose and fix our issue very quickly. They charge $99 for service call to diagnose, and I was fine with that. He found the problem, (the batteries in the control module were corroded). We had new batteries available. After batteries were changed out he had to re-program the remote to the control module. Also, our gas logs were out of order and covered in soot from a previous issue. He spent time taking the logs outside, cleaned them off, cleaned the inside of the fireplace where there was a bit of soot, and put everything back in place. He didn’t charge us anything other than

Great service for cleaning our chimney, and they put a beautiful new chimney on our house earlier this summer at a very reasonable cost. Super nice folks. Alan kept us informed every step of the way of the process, and we were very happy with the final product. Matches our roof very well also.
