Great staff, friendly environment. When comparing the prices to a larger chain store when comparing the delivery fee fees and the fee fees to haul off appliances, these guys treated me the best. Also, the appliance automatically came with a one year warranty as opposed to having to separately purchase. I’ve also visited the Store for small nuts and bolts and odd and and tools and they always seem to have what I need without having to pay for it in variety or bulk. The staff is also very informative and helpful.

Do you know what happens when you go into Poultry Electric with a problem and you’re picky? The only thing on my refrigerator that worked was the light. Well Andy Parks helped me out right away. Although they didn’t have what I wanted right there , or so we thought, he said he would work on it and I would have a fridge by tomorrow or at the latest Friday. After a call or two I went back to see what they had for me. Boy was I a happy customer! AND it was delivered and installed today AND the old one was taken out to their truck by two very nice young men. I knew I liked Poultry Electric but now I can say I LOVE POULTRY ELECTRIC!!!

Yesterday was my first time in the store; my wife insisted she show me the place when we were looking for paint and advice on a few things. She had given them a try after getting nowhere at several other places in two counties. They gave us exactly what we wanted, after explaining our options on materials and techniques. We wandered around the store and found something I needed for another thing I'd entirely forgotten about, and the price was as reasonable as it could be. I'll definitely return. I like supporting a local business, but especially when they're as helpful as they were here. I observed how they treated women who were asking questions; they treated them with respect, not condescension.
