I hired THL Home Improvement to paint the interior trim and doors of my new construction home in April 2025, and what started as a decent experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The entire trim was painted the wrong color, and the workmanship was abysmal—multiple paint runs, rough brush strokes, and paint splattered on my new black windows and door hinges. After just one week, Tim requested a cash draw for half the agreed-upon price, which felt premature given the progress. Worse, after two weeks, the crew stopped showing up entirely. I tried contacting Tim via phone and text, but he ignored me—though he answered immediately when I called from a different number. Despite giving him multiple chances to complete the job and fix the issues, he repeatedly agreed to meetings and then failed

Excellent folks to work with. Go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. Takes whatever steps necessary to have bodies present on a job/project when requested at a moments notice. Also makes no issues to address and handle any "extra" none projected aspects of the job whenever they may arise. Generally just awesome, hardworking, flexible, derail oriented, professional and pleasant people to work with. Would highly recommend. . A|++

Tim and Holly and their crew did an amazing job painting our house, and quite a few additional home improvement jobs in the process. Their team came as close to "The way you would do it if you did it yourself" as we could have ever imagined. Highly recommend these guys, and will definitely call on them again!
