Wanted a bid on a new garage. Paying cash mind you. Guy came out, and talked to me. seemed very nice, but its been a over a month and not a peep. I called him two weeks ago to ask him what was up, and he seemed to forget who I was, then he remembered that he was waiting on another contractor bid? Cement bid I guess.... I just don't understand why they would not get back at all. If they are too busy, that's fine, just tell me. Its just crazy that you would run a business this way.

Amazing work and great service! Reading your other reviews, I would like to remind you that the building industry is experiencing a SEVERE SHORTAGE of laborers. These guys (meaning all contractors) can hardly keep up with the demand, and I have learned that when they are skilled in their hands and do awesome work, they may not always be tip-top on their customer service skills. Don't be afraid to call them again, it's not intentional by any means! What you CAN do is encourage our youth to take up a career in the trades!

He came out to my home twice to "quote" a home remodeling job. After the first visit he never called back, and I had to call him twice to get any response. Came out again with a plumber and electrician, its been over a month, and I have never received a quote yet. I am NOT calling back again. I should not have to chase a contractor to work. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Great company! I cant stress enough how helpful, appreciative, respectful, and versatile they are. This is the company to hire in Beaver Dam, WI. Frame work is excellent; their finish work is perfect, seamless, and professional. 5/5 company with respectable rates for the amazing work they accomplish!

I had the same problem as Amy Lembke. I had them stop out and give me a quote on some remodeling. They said they would get back to me and never did.
